How to Measure Ring Size - Wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper no wider than 1/4inch around your finger. - Mark the point where the two ends meet. - Measure the string or paper against a ruler to get the circumference of your finger in either inches or mm. - Divide that by 3.14 to get the diameter of your finger. - Look up your ring size using the conversion chart below. - For a more accurate measurement, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger sized. Tips for Measuring Your Ring Size - Temperature, humidity, and exercise can also temporarily change finger size. Don't take measurements after showering, being outdoors in the winter, vigorous exercise, etc. For the best fit, measure the finger at room temperature toward the end of the day when the finger is at its largest. - A woman’s menstrual cycle can also increase the finger size slightly because of water retention. If you don't want to end up with a loose fitting ring most of the time, try not to take a measurement during your menstrual cycle. - If the finger joints are prominent, measure the widest part of the finger. - If buying a ring as a surprise gift, try to get an existing ring from your partner. Slide the ring onto a tapered candle or carrot, mark where it comes to rest easily, and measure the circumference at that point. 1. Did you receive my order?
Yes, if you have sent your order to the correct address: Per e-mail: contact@gothic-silver.eu if you place an order via internet you will get a short message on sending the order. Shouldn't you receive an answer whithin 48 hours please send us an e-mail.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
- if the requested articles are in stock, delivery within Europe will last about 3-7 business days. Delivery abroad can last (depending on country) 1-2 weeks. - if articles are not in stock, delivery to Europe and abroad can last 2-8 weeks.
3. I received a delivery note / delay. Will it really take so long?
- this depends on the article. As most of our items must be manufactured abroad delivery can be delayed. We promise that we do our best for you to get your delivery as soon as possible!
4. I have ordered long time ago. Where is my order?
- When you place the order we will do our best to deliver the goods to you within 30 days but if the goods are out of stock and we do not complete your order within 30 days we will contact you to give you the opportunity to cancel the outstanding goods and be reimbursed for them.
5. Do you offer delivery service express?
- No! That would be too expensive!
6. How can I pay?

7. If something doesn‘t fit or I don‘t like it, how can I return it?
- Please send us a notice via e-mail at contact@gothic-silver.eu that you‘d like to return your item. Then you should send the package back in a way that it is insured and that you can follow the status of your postage. We recommend sending via registered letter to: A. Gharnati (Alhambra-Shop) Moltke St. 21 50859 Koeln GERMANY Please send it free, that means you have to pay for the postage! If you will send it not free, it will return to you and you have to pay horrible fees. Postage for the return of faulty goods will be refunded to the customer by us, all other returnings have to be paid by customer.
8. Do I get my money back or do I have to choose a replacement?
- You can choose a replacement of the item if you like. Otherwise you will receive a remittance - please provide your bank data. From customers within the EEC we need the IBAN and the Swift Code (BIC) of your bank. Otherwise you have to pay horrible bank fees! Returns for Refunds over € 100 will be subject to 15 % restocking fee. No restocking fee is taken if the packaging is unopened, not damaged and is in resalable condition, containing all original contents. or A store credit (non refundable) can be issued for the full amount.
9. Can I return / change every article?
- Change can be refused due to improperly use (besides trying-on), wrong care or otherwise damaged merchandise (see warranty). Our merchandise (jewellery) has to be in the same sealed and undamaged state as originally delivered. Exchanges into a different size are no problem. If the item requested should not be in stock in the requested size, we will do our best to get it for you. Should it be temporary not available or out of stock, you will receive a message via e-mail. Send the item, which you‘d like to exchange into another size via registered letter and please attach 4,90 EUR for service charge (for exchanges abroad 6,90 EUR).
10. Where is my exchange / money?
- After returning the package (don‘t forget to pay for the postage!) processing time can last about 4 weeks regardless if you want your money back or an exchange of article.
